Biography

He was born in Kazan on December 14, 1965. He has higher education. In 1991, he graduated from the Kazan branch of the Moscow Order of Lenin and the Order of the October Revolution Power Institute, specializing in the power supply to industrial enterprises, cities, and agriculture.

1991-1992 – he worked at the institute “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”.

1992-2010 – he worked in the Moskovsky District Administration of Kazan, he went from the leading specialist of the department of housing and communal services and improvement to the first deputy head of administration.

December 2010 – September 2013 – Chairman of the Land Improvement Committee of the Executive Committee of Kazan.

September 2013 – April 2021 – Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan – Chairman of the Land Improvement Committee.

Since April 19, 2021 – Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, responsible for infrastructure and land improvement
