Biography

Born on January 7, 1985 in Brezhnev, TASSR.

In 2007, he graduated from Kazan State Technological University with a major in engineering.

In 2022, he received additional education at Sberbank Corporate University.

In 2021, he received advanced training at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, in 2022 - the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan Federal University and the Training and Methodological Center for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the republic of Tatarstan.

March 2006 - June 2007 – technician of the 1st category, Kazan State Technological University.

July - November 2007 – methodologist of the Higher School of Youth, Kazan State Technological University.
